6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability
